WVCS reserves the right to add or withdraw items from the auction. All auction items and services must be sold “as is.” We are unable to make any representations or warranties of any kind.

Many donations have specific conditions such as expiration dates. Please check your purchases for these specifics. All details should be arranged directly between winning bidder and donor where indicated.

All sales are final, and there can be no exchanges or refunds. If a gift certificate is lost, we are unable to replace it. Please pick up any purchased items from the school as soon as possible. Any items unclaimed and yet remaining to be picked up after May 2nd, 2022 will be come the property of the school and can be used or resold at the discretion of WVCS.
